Account, invitation and redeem-code delivery explained
Understand common digital product delivery formats and what to check before providing checkout information.
Account delivery
An account product may provide login information after the order is paid and fulfilled. Read the product's rules about changing the email or password, permitted use and warranty. Do not assume that every delivered account allows credential changes.
Keep delivered credentials private. Nexa Media restricts delivery content to the order owner and authorized staff. Never post account passwords in a public support conversation.
Invitation delivery
An invitation product may require an email address or other information at checkout. Use the address specified in the listing and check it carefully before paying. Follow the invitation instructions once fulfillment is complete.
An invitation can grant access within a particular workspace or plan. It does not automatically mean you own the entire workspace or have administrator permissions.
Redeem-code delivery
A redeem-code product requires applying a code according to the delivered instructions. Check any account, region, eligibility or activation requirements listed before purchase. Do not redeem through links that are unrelated to the provided instructions.
AUTO and MANUAL describe fulfillment methods, not necessarily the access format. Track order status on the same channel where you ordered. If something fails, send support your order number and a redacted error screenshot.
